For this GMM, the issue of developing and nurturing the next generation of supply chain talent will be tackled. With companies struggling to fill vacancies and the need for new blood to come in as supply chain deals with changes caused by technology and changing customer patterns, we look at just what we are looking for in supply chain talent, and what is being done to tackle these challenges head-on.
