SCMAP is launching Supply Chain Masterclass, a series of seminars providing in-depth knowledge on specific aspects of supply chain management, leveraging on the collective expertise of the leadership of SCMAP and the Supply Chain Leaders’ Advisory Council.

The whole-day seminars are designed to provide participants with real-life examples and practical perspectives on various aspects of supply chain management, through the lens of those who worked for major manufacturers, retailers and logistics providers. The face-to-face nature of the seminars mean more chances for interaction with experts as well as industry peers and colleagues.

The Supply Chain Masterclass complements SCMAP’s existing training offerings, including the Certificate Course on Enterprise Supply Chain Management with De La Salle University, enrollment for which is currently ongoing.

The first Supply Chain Masterclass will focus on transport management, aiming to provide an understanding of its role in total supply chain management and how one can balance service levels and customer expectations with logistics cost considerations. It will be held on 7 November 2025 at the Astoria Plaza Hotel in Pasig City.

Leading the masterclass are former SCMAP director Max Yap, currently of Marebjhel Transportation Services and previously senior supply chain head of Motolite Batteries; and former SCMAP president Dennis Llovido, previously head of physical logistics at Nestlé Philippines.

Registration is at PHP 4,500 for SCMAP members and PHP 5,000 for non-members, inclusive of meals, refreshments and event materials.
