The first Wholesale and Retail Trade Forum, originally scheduled for 11 November, has been rescheduled to 2 December due to an unavoidable schedule conflict. The venue will be confirmed soon.

The event, organized by the Department of Trade and Industry in partnership with the Philippine Retailers Association and the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines, is a continuation of the Section G initiative, a unique collaboration between the three organizations aiming to boost job creation across the wholesale and retail sectors, as well as other sectors connected to it, including the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

The event is expected to feature discussions on issues such as workforce development, innovation, intellectual rights and taxation.

The event is free and open to the public. Click here to register.

Further details on the programme and speakers will be announced in the coming days.
