SCMAP marked the Christmas season with its annual fellowship, held on 4 December at the Metropolitan Club in Makati.

Dubbed An Emerald Christmas, the event kicked off SCMAP’s 35th year with a look back at an eventful past twelve months, as well as a look ahead to the organization’s initiatives and plans for the year – all mixed in with a smattering of holiday cheer, gifts and fun.

In his address, SCMAP president Dennis Llovido hinted at furthering the organization’s reach in the new year, with more partnerships with events in the region, as well as more editions of its Member Meets events to provide for more benchmarking opportunities.

He also honored SCMAP vice president Pierre Carlo Curay and executive director Corazon Curay for their work in representing SCMAP and the Philippine supply chain sector to various government engagements, including in working towards key legislation that aims to reduce logistics costs.

The exclusive event saw 120 attendees including friends of the organizations as well as members of the organization.
