SCMAP supports the upcoming PortCalls Visayas and Mindanao Shipping Conference 2023, returning to Cebu on 2 March and Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan, and to Davao on 3 March at the Seda Abreeza Davao.
The event seeks to highlight the economic growth of Visayas and Mindanao and the regions’ emergence as one of the Philippines’ leading logistics and trade hubs and investment destinations; provide stakeholders with the trade and economic outlook for the near and medium term; give updates on major Visayas and Mindanao infrastructure projects; identify trade and customs facilitation efforts of ports, logistics and customs agencies; and serve as a venue for shippers and the business community to identify their biggest trade facilitation challenges and their recommendations.
