SCMAP Visayas will conduct its first in-person event since the beginning of the pandemic, with the SCMAP Visayas Logistics Summit scheduled for 7 October, from 1pm, at the Bai Hotel in Mandaue City, Cebu.
The event will feature talks exploring logistics trends and developments and how it will impact in sector in Cebu and Central Visayas. Confirmed to speak are Big Blue Logistics’ Nikolaus Stumpf on the challenges of building the country’s largest AS/RS installation; LF Logistics’ Ramil Martinez on introducing the Lean Six Sigma system to a business’ day-to-day operations; and a discussion on the impact of fuel price rises from Chelsea Logistics’ Chryss Damuy and Prime Movers Total Logistics’ Mark Anthony Ynoc.
This will be followed by a fellowship and dinner from 6pm.
Registration is now open. Pre-registered delegate rates are at PHP 2,500 for SCMAP members and PHP 3,500 for non-members, with higher fees for walk-in delegates. The events will be held purely in person. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
