SCMAP president Pierre Carlo Curay is among the speakers at Philippine Ports and Shipping 2022, a three-day event to be held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila from 21-23 June.

Now in its eleventh installment, this year’s event – which returns after two years off due to the pandemic – sees over thirty speakers discussing issues and challenges facing the shipping sector in the Philippines, and the BIMP-EAGA region in general. There will also be an exhibition with over forty companies taking part, including shipping lines, port operators, logistics companies, and other supply chain players. Over 300 delegates from across the logistics and shipping sectors are expected to take part.

Curay will be speaking on the event’s fourth session, Supply Chain Developments in the BIMP-EAGA Region and Addressing Current Challenges That Affect Supply Chain Movements in the Region, happening on 22 June from 2pm.
