As SCMAP prepares to reopen its offices, we are looking for someone who will fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant’s main role is to help oversee the organization’s files and records; schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; encode financial transactions; perform payment follow-ups and arrange for payment pick-ups; and other tasks as necessary. They will answer to the Office Manager.
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate, preferably with a background in accounting
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to work well with minimum supervision
- Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy
This is a full-time, on-site position with offices in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
