You can now watch in full this year’s Supply Chain Outlook Live, our event that looks ahead at the issues that will impact Philippine supply chain in the next twelve months and beyond.
Held last 22 February online, the event explored the need to foster an environment of innovation to allow us to better serve our customers, and to aid our economic recovery after two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Joining us were Department of Trade and Industry undersecretary Dr. Rafaelita Aldaba, who discussed government initiatives to encourage innovative industries, and PhilDev Foundation chair Dr. Paco Sandejas, who shared his insights and experiences into embracing innovation in business.
The event also served as the induction ceremony for SCMAP’s 2022 Board of Directors, led by president Pierre Carlo Curay. In his address he revealed the organization’s plans to further spotlight supply chain innovations in its events, alongside its further push for supply chain education with its in-house training offerings and collaborations.
The event’s afternoon session, which was an executive session, featured REID Foundation’s Ronilo Balbieran as he laid out his outlook for the Philippine economy in 2022.
SCMAP has more online events in the works in the coming months, including editions of SCMAP Live, our regular online event series.
