In this edition, Keeping Our People Well and Engaged held last 27 May, we explored how we can ensure our employees’ and colleagues’ physical, mental and spiritual well-being as they continue to deliver at work while juggling increased responsibilities and the anxieties of the pandemic.
Joining the panel discussion were health reform advocate Dr. Tony Leachon, business consultant Xavier Alpasa of Xavier & Associates, and psychologist and supply chain manager Dario Arive Jr. of Personal Collection Direct Selling. Together with moderator Roselie Tubeo they tackled issues like work-life balance, mental health and vaccine hesitancy.
