The Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Emmanuel Privado, Eunice Angcao and Ronald Reonal talk about the agency’s efforts to improve its logistics capabilities to better respond to calamities. DeliverE project lead Arvi Miguel talks about how technology can improve market access for farmers across the country.
