Key government officials leading the fight against COVID-19 will be speaking about the government’s next steps to further prevent the spread of the disease and kickstart economic recovery in a special edition of SCMAP Live, our free online event series, scheduled for 26 August 2020, from 2pm to 3:30pm, via Zoom.
Joining us are Sec. Karlo Nograles, co-chair of the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases; Usec. Maria Rosario Vergeire of the Department of Health; Hon. Benjamin Magalong, mayor of Baguio City named as the government’s contact tracing czar; and acting Sec. Karl Kendrick Chua of the National Economic and Development Authority.
Registered participants will have the chance to put in questions and also share their best practices. The event will also be streamed live on SCMAP’s Facebook page and will be uploaded on YouTube shortly after.
