Department of Public Works and Highways undersecretary Ma. Catalina Cabral will be speaking at the next SCAn Networks Hub E-Forum, happening on 18 August 2020, from 3pm to 5pm, via Zoom.
Cabral, who is the agency’s undersecretary for planning and public-private partnerships, will present on the government’s initiatives in developing road infrastructure in support of the country’s supply chain and logistics needs.
De La Salle University’s Dr. Alexis Fillone will present the reaction from the academe. Dr. Hussein Lidasan, dean of the University of the Philippines’ School of Urban and Regional Planning, is moderating the event.
