Renato Casas, currently assistant vice president for logistics of JG Summit Petrochemical, is joining the SCMAP board as one of the organization’s directors.
He joins the board after the departure of vice president Clarissa Castillo, who is taking a new role within Johnson & Johnson in Singapore. We wish her the best of luck in her new endeavors, and thank her for her service to the organization.
Casas has over three decades of experience in supply chain and production, having previously worked for the Philippine National Oil Company and Consolidated Foods Corporation. He was also a director of SCMAP from 2010 to 2012.
The SCMAP board is currently voting on who will succeed Castillo as vice president; we will have further updates down the line.
