Carlo Curay of XVC Logistics has been elected as SCMAP’s new vice president, while Angie Santor of Nestlé Philippines has been elected as the organization’s new auditor.

The reshuffle took place after Clarissa Castillo, who served as vice president until this June, departed to take over a new position within Johnson & Johnson based in Singapore. JG Summit Petrochemical’s Renato Casas recently joined the Board of Directors as a result.

With this, a new set of elections were held to determine who will assume the newly-vacated vice president position. Curay, who also serves as vice president of strategic solutions of XVC Logistics, was voted into the position. As he served as SCMAP’s auditor, another vote was held to determine who will assume his former position. Santor, who heads Nestlé’s transport department, was elected to the position.

Curay is also co-founder of InsightSCS, and part of the GoNegosyo MentorMe program, teaching supply chain fundamentals to entrepreneurs across the country.

Santor has held various positions within Nestlé over the years, and is also currently leading supply chain for subsidiary Wyeth Philippines.
