SCMAP has formally revealed its Board of Directors for 2019 at its Christmas fellowship, held last 6 December at the Makati Sports Club.

Christine Pardiñas, vice president for supply chain of Rustan Supercenters Inc., leads the board as president – the first from the retailing sector to do so. She will hold the position from 2019 to 2020.

Clarissa Castillo of Johnson & Johnson was named the organization’s vice president; Dario Arive Jr. of URC Flour, treasurer; and Pierre Carlo Curay of XVC Logistics, auditor. Dina Pilapil of LF Logistics remains as secretary.

Serving as directors for 2019 are Anghelita Santor of Nestlé, Arnel Gamboa of National Bookstore, Nestor Felicio of Unilab, and – new to the BOD this year – Jannis Dargel, associate head of fulfillment for Zalora, and Suzie Mitchell, country managing director of DHL Supply Chain.

Online voting for the members of the 2019 BOD were made from 15-23 November, with those elected voting amongst themselves who will assume the four officer positions apart from the presidency. The board will be formally inducted in next year’s Supply Chain Outlook, scheduled for 8 February 2019.
