With less than a week to go for the 2018 SCMAP Supply Chain Conference, we are happy to confirm more speakers taking part in Philippine supply chain’s most prestigious event.

Joining us is Marco Quiray, currently deputy managing director of Honestbee in the Philippines. Prior to joining the delivery app, he was part of Philip Morris, Gardenia Bakeries and Lazada Philippines. He joins our session Engage: Going Beyond the Last Mile set on the morning of 3 October, alongside Eugenio Ynion Jr. of XLog and Dannah Majarocon of Lalamove Philippines.

Also joining us is Puskar Mukherjee, currently director for supply chain of Unilever Philippines. He spent most of his supply chain career with Unilever in India, working various roles in production as well as distribution. He joins our session Engage: Understanding Supply Chain’s Purpose on the morning of 3 October.

Taking part in our final session on logistics technology is Dr. Elisabetta Gentile, currently economist for the Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department of the Asian Development Bank. A former financial analyst for the United Nations and the European Commission, she was most recently a lecturer at the National University of Singapore. She joins Dr. Erika Fille Legara and Jayan Dy on Move: Making Sense of the Present and Future on the afternoon of 3 October.

Unfortunately, OpenPort’s Max Ward can no longer speak at the event, but he will be replaced by OpenPort’s chief information officer, Paul Bell, on the first session, Connect: The Omnipresent Supply Chain, on the afternoon of 2 October. He has worked for the likes of Visy, Toll and Accenture, and was most recently managing director of the Australian consultancy Powlett Group. He will be joining Suzie Mitchell and Danilo Mojica II in the said session.

We are awaiting just a couple more confirmations, both of which we will reveal in the soonest possible time.
