SCMAP North Luzon and the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) are teaming up to organize the region’s next Kapihan Session, which will be held on 25 July 2018, from 9am, at the Sampaguita Room of the Fontana Hot Spring and Leisure Park at the Clark Freeport Zone.
This event will tackle the potential impact of the second package of tax reform, known as TRAIN Package 2, particularly on tax incentives for locators in economic zones like Clark and Subic. Speaking at the event to share their perspectives are Dr. Enrico Basilio and Prof. Leandro Tan, consultants commissioned by CILA to undertake a study on the second tax reform package’s impact.
