Changes are afoot at the SCMAP board of directors as Tina Alvarez departs as director and is replaced by Manny Onrejas.
Alvarez is leaving the board after stepping down from her role with Procter & Gamble Philippines. Onrejas, who previously served as SCMAP’s treasurer from 2016 to 2017, and a director prior to that, was recently named chief operating officer of Fast Logistics.
According to SCMAP’s by-laws, a director of the board cannot hold his position when he leaves the company he represents, or ceases to become its official representative.
SCMAP wishes Tina all the best as she embarks on the next chapter in her professional career, and looks forward to once again work with Manny in moving Philippine supply chain towards world class.
