SCMAP’s newest chapter in North Luzon has set a series of events in 2018 that will further the supply chain industry in the region by tackling relevant issues affecting the profession and promoting the region as a new logistics gateway.
Among the events planned by the chapter are four General Membership Meetings and a monthly roundtable discussion of supply chain and industry issues.
The General Membership Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of every quarter. The first one, which is expected to continue on the #GoSubic campaign which kicked off last year, is scheduled for 8 March.
In addition, the chapter will organize a monthly “kapihan” on the first Thursday of every month, set at coffee shops and breakfast venues across the region. The first such event is scheduled for 1 February.
More information on these events will be revealed in the coming weeks.
SCMAP North Luzon is the newest chapter of the country’s premiere supply chain organization. Officially founded in 2017, the chapter is committed to moving the competitiveness of companies in North Luzon, which includes the industrial and transport bases of Subic and Clark, as well as booming cities and provinces such as Baguio, Tarlac and La Union.
