Supply Chain Immersion, SCMAP’s unique annual event which immerses the participant deep into the supply chain industry’s ins and outs, will be heading to Iloilo on 12-14 May 2017.

The decision to visit Iloilo is in recognition of the economic potential of one of the biggest cities in the Visayas, especially with recent investments in business competitiveness and infrastructure. The capital of the province of Iloilo is home to the Iloilo International Airport, the fourth busiest airport in the country, as well as the Iloilo Port, which serves both domestic and international trade. The city serves as the gateway to the Western Visayas region, serving the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras and Iloilo. It has recently seen a property boom, with new developments from different land developers sprouting up across the city.

Supply Chain Immersion provides delegates with a unique experience, with a series of seminars and talks on board a ship, followed by another series of seminars and workshops at its destination city. Recent years have seen the event held in Boracay, Puerto Princesa, Cebu, and most recently, Cagayan de Oro.

More details will be revealed in the coming weeks, including sponsorship and registration information.
