Terms and Conditions

  • You can deposit your payment to Bank of the Philippine Islands account number 1371-0017-15, or Enterprise Bank account number 02-00006-5. Afterwards, send the validated deposit slip with your name and company name by email to secretariat.scmap.visayas@gmail.com.
  • You can directly deliver your payment to SCMAP Visayas Chapter Inc., c/o Mae Masnayon, Northpoint Inc., Jentec Warehouse, Opao, Mandaue City, Cebu.
  • You can also arrange for pick-up of your payment. Please call us at (+6332) 328.3829 or (+63923) 432.7238, or email secretariat.scmap.visayas@gmail.com, for information.
  • If you are paying via check, please make it payable to Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines Visayas Chapter Inc.
  • In the event that the company withholds tax from the fees, the corresponding tax certificates must be presented upon payment.
  • Cancellation of registration will only be accepted until 16 August 2019. All registrations made after this date will be deemed final. No-shows will be billed in full.
