Dennis Uy
Chairman, Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corporation
Dennis is an entrepreneur and management executive with over twenty years of experience in building and leading businesses to profit and growth. As founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Udenna Corporation, he leads interests in petroleum, supply chain, real estate development, education and tourism, among others. This includes leadership of Phoenix Petroleum, Chelsea Logistics Holdings, the 2GO Group, and Enderun Colleges. He was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in 2017, and was awarded the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award in 2018. He graduated from the De La Salle University Manila with a degree in business management.

Danilo Mojica II
Chief Executive Officer, Tailwind Digital Solutions
Bong is the president and chief executive officer of Tailwind Digital Solutions, providing management consulting for various industries. He began his career with FMCG companies like P&G, San Miguel Brewery and Reckitt Benckiser across the region. In 2003 was named chief operating officer for Cebu Pacific, and later led Smart Communications’ wireless consumer division from 2006 until 2011. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University, finished his MBE from the University of Asia and the Pacific, and took special courses on competitive strategy at the Wharton School of Business and on digital transformation from the Columbia Business School.
Dannah Majarocon
Managing Director, Lalamove Philippines
Dannah leads the Philippine operations of the regional delivery app Lalamove. She previously worked as operations manager, focusing on day-to-day driver operations, before being appointed to her current position in 2018. She previously worked with Groupon, Globe Telecom, and Mynt. She finished with a degree in business management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
David Wong
Marketing Manager, Singapore Office, Hong Kong Trade Development Council
David is the marketing manager for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Singapore office, handling affairs for both Singapore and the Philippines, promoting the statutory body’s services, trade fairs and conferences. His prior roles for HKTDC include work on their publications, exhibitions and managing relationships with stakeholders in mainland China. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in business administration.
Dr. Elisabetta Gentile
Economist, Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department, Asian Development Bank
Elisabetta is an economist for the Asian Development Bank, where she performs policy-oriented research for the institution’s publications and supports its member countries. She was previously an economics lecturer for the National University of Singapore, and was previously a financial analyst for the United Nations and the European Commission. She received her PhD in economics from the University of Houston, and also finished further studies at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Università degli Studi di Siena in Siena, Italy.
Enrique Castillo
President and Chief Executive Officer, Victory Group of Companies
Ike’s supply chain career has seen him work for the likes of Avon, James Hardie, Zuellig Pharma, Nestlé and Del Monte. He was most recently president of Fast Logistics, a role he held until 2016. He is currently the president and chief executive officer of the Victory Group of Companies, a logistics company with interests in shipping, freight forwarding and contract logistics. He is also a former president of SCMAP.
Dr. Erika Fille Legara
Associate Professor, Department of Analytics, Information and Operations, Asian Institute of Management
Erika joined the Asian Institute of Management in 2017, where she is academic director for its MS in Data Science program, the first such program in the Philippines. She is also deputy director of AIM’s Analytics, Computing and Complex Systems (ACCeSs) Laboratory. Prior to this she worked at the Singaporean think tank A*STAR, where she worked with various government agencies and multinational companies. She received her PhD in physics from the University of the Philippines—Diliman, where she received the Most Outstanding Graduate Student Award and the Edgardo Gomez Excellence in Dissertation Award.
Eugenio Ynion Jr.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Shiptek Solutions
Jun has over two decades of experience in transportation and logistics, first working for Evergreen and Maersk Filipinas, and later founding and leading Le Soleil International Logistics and Filport Express Brokerage, among other companies. In 2006 he established Shiptek Solutions, developers of the logistics platform XLog. He is also currently barangay chairman of Barangay San Antonio in San Pedro, Laguna. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas.
Ian Claxton
Chief Executive Officer, Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics
Ian’s experience in the maritime and shipping industry goes back forty years. After a stint in the seas he joined Neptune Orient Lines, working in emerging economies like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India, and also in advanced economies like Thailand and Singapore. After stints with Rogers Logistics in Mauritius and Thoresen Thai Agencies in Thailand, he joined Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics as their chief executive officer in 2016. He finished his MBA from Columbia University and is an avid golfer.
Jayan Dy
Chief Information Officer, Procter & Gamble Philippines
Jayan has been with Procter & Gamble for over ten years, holding multiple leadership roles in shared services and business-facing applications. In 2017 he was appointed as the multinational’s chief information officer for the Philippines, where he works for end-to-end digitization of the organization and using digital innovation to support business objectives, and oversees the company’s data strategy. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Marco Quiray
Deputy Managing Director, Honestbee Philippines
Marco has worked across every point in the supply chain in the manufacturing and retailing industries. He spent almost twenty years with Philip Morris, working in Malaysia, Turkey and the Philippines. He also had stints with British American Tobacco, Lazada Philippines and Gardenia Bakeries, before assuming his role with Honestbee Philippines in 2018. He finished chemical engineering at the De La Salle University and received his MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Paul Bell
Chief Information Officer, OpenPort
Paul has over twenty years of experience in supply chain and information technology, having worked for consulting firm Accenture and paper manufacturer Visy. In 2011, he founded the logistics consulting firm Powlett Group. He is also currently chief information officer of blockchain logistics platform OpenPort, based in Hong Kong. He finished his degree in information management from the University of Melbourne.
Paulo Tibig
President and Chief Executive Officer, VCargo Worldwide
Paulo Tibig is an entrepreneurship champion, motivational speaker and best-selling author. A frequent present on TV and radio, he is the author of Strategies of a Champion Entrepreneur. He was given the Young Entrepreneur Award at the ASEAN Business Awards Philippines in 2014, and was runner-up for Most Admired Enterprise for Young Entrepreneur at the overall ASEAN Business Awards held the same year. He is also currently chief executive officer and president of VCargo Worldwide.
Puskar Mukherjee
Director, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics, Unilever Philippines
Puskar’s supply chain career began with a stint as a distribution planner for BP in Mumbai. He joined Unilever in India in 2006, handling roles in demand planning and S&OP, before becoming regional supply chain manager for the Kolkata area, and later handling production for Unilever’s tea and ice cream products. In 2018 he was appointed supply chain head for Unilever in the Philippines. He received his MBA from the University of Kolkata.
Suzie Mitchell
Country Managing Director, DHL Supply Chain Philippines
Suzie’s career across the Asia Pacific as well in her native Australia saw her hold roles in technology and engineering multinational companies, before shifting to logistics, working for Caterpillar and Microsoft. She joined DHL Supply Chain as vice president for business development, in charge of the automotive, engineering, energy and chemical sectors; in 2012 she was tasked to lead the company’s operations in the Philippines. She graduated from Monash University in Melbourne with an honors degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in international business management.
