In this edition, Supply Chain Efficiency: New Normal vs Back to Basics held last 29 July, we looked at whether concepts we consider as basic building blocks to a good supply chain – like demand and supply planning, IBP and S&OP – are still relevant considering the upheavals we’ve seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.
