Overview

In recent years supply chain management has been recognized not just as a competitive advantage for any business, but as a key player in ensuring its sustainability and profitability. It has brought together functions previously seen as separate, and emphasized on the impact of each function on others. The emergence of supply chain management not just as a function but as a mindset has led to the recognition of common goals and the fostering of a culture of collaboration, resulting in the continuing strength of established companies and the rise of new players.

This series of webinars seeks to provide participants with an understanding of supply chain management: its key components, how they work, and how they contribute to the competitiveness and profitability of any business. Designed to provide a primer to those who are new to supply chain, or those seeking a greater understanding of the sector, the webinars delve into fundamental aspects of supply chain management: planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, and finance.
