By-Laws

SCMAP’s by-laws define policies and regulations for the operation and management of the organization. It defines the composition of the Board of Directors; the responsibilities of the general membership, Board and the Secretariat; and other items that ensure SCMAP serves the membership equally and fairly. Antitrust Policy

SCMAP’s members, partners and employees are bound by the organization’s Antitrust Policy, barring them from participating in activities that lead to anti-competitive and unfair business practices such as price-fixing, monopolization and restriction of trade. Click here to see our Antitrust Policy.
