Sy, one of the pioneers of e-commerce in the Philippines, looked at trends that are set to impact e-commerce around the world, particularly as its usage is accelerated further by the COVID-19 pandemic. Yaw, who comes with experience in both retail and finance, discussed how 2GO, one of the country’s largest logistics firms, responded to the growth in e-commerce evident even before the pandemic struck.
