Dennis Uy, one of Philippine supply chain’s most important movers, is set to deliver the keynote address at the 2018 SCMAP Supply Chain Conference on 2-3 October.
Uy is the president and chief executive officer of Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corporation, which includes among its companies Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Starlite Ferries and the 2GO Group. As founder of the Udenna conglomerate, he is also the force behind Phoenix Petroleum and Udenna Development Corporation. In recent years he has emerged as a new force in Philippine business, with recent investments in retail, real estate, utilities and infrastructure.
Uy joins an illustrious list of previous keynote speakers across the many years of SCMAP’s flagship event, joining the likes of Doris Magsaysay-Ho, Peter Wallace, senator Bam Aquino and former DBM secretary Butch Abad.

The 2018 SCMAP Supply Chain Conference will be held at the EDSA Shangri-la Manila on 2-3 October 2018. The most prestigious event in Philippine supply chain, it gathers its top stakeholders and practitioners in a discussion of the evolving role supply chain plays in connecting, engaging and moving lives. Last year’s conference saw roughly 350 delegates take part.
