About the Masterclass
Transportation management is a fundamental facet of supply chain management. Whether you are delivering your products to retailers, or directly to the customer, transport can tip the balance between visibility to your customers and not providing value to them. As a key factor in overall logistics costs, it is essential to understand how to balance service requirements and deliverables with its impact on the overall product cost.
This masterclass provides you with an in-depth understanding of transport management, how to optimize your fleet to maximize service levels and keep costs rational, and how to leverage technologies and collaborations to achieve these goals. Leveraging on the expertise of SCMAP’s Supply Chain Leaders’ Advisory Council, this masterclass offers you with unique, experience-based and practical perspectives in an interactive manner.
