The Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines welcomes the ratification of proposed amendments to the Public Service Act. We believe it will foster further competition, enable innovation, and drive lower costs in the logistics and supply chain sectors, which play a critical role in resilient and responsive businesses. We hope that the amendments would help in the recovery of our economy from the long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We pray for its signing by the President at the soonest possible time.
