SCMAP executive director Corazon Curay and marketing and communications director Henrik Batallones are among the speakers at the 1st UPC Stakeholders’ Summit, happening on 23 April 2025 at the Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay in Parañaque City.

The event, organized by the United Portusers Confederation of the Philippines, brings together stakeholders from across the logistics and supply chain spectrum, to discuss challenges and opportunities facing the sector today.

Curay will be a panelist on the third session, Going the Extra Mile, alongside other logistics service providers and stakeholders, discussing approaches to further deliver value to principals and end customers alike.

On the other hand, Batallones will be moderating the aforementioned panel, as well as the second session, Reducing Logistics and Supply Chain Risks.

Other confirmed speakers include Department of Transportation assistant secretary Villamor Ventura Plan, Department of Trade and Industry undersecretary Mary Jean Pacheco, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority deputy director general Nelly Nita Dillera, and Philippine Exporters Confederation executive vice president Senen Perlada.
