SCMAP president-elect Pierre Carlo Curay will return to speak at the Asian Logistics, Maritime and Aviation Conference, happening on 17-18 November 2020.

The annual conference, co-organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong SAR government, will be held entirely online this year in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, one can expect insights into rebuilding supply chain resilience amidst the new normal, the evolving role of Asia in global supply chains, and new technologies and innovations impacting the sector, with the help of experts and practitioners from across the region.

Curay, who will assume the organization’s presidency from 2021, will speak at the MarketTalks side event on 17 November, from 11:15 to 11:35am. He will talk about opportunities in the Philippine supply chain sector in light of the pandemic and the renewed push towards digitalization.

SCMAP is a supporting organization of this year’s event, while its official magazine Supply Chain Philippines is once again media partner.

More information about the event, including programme updates and confirmed speakers, can be found at almac.hk. Registration is only at USD 70 or HKD 550 and includes access to all event videos for one month. You can register until 13 November 2020 only.
