The speakers for the next Sharpening the Supply Chain Practitioners event, to be held on 23 August 2019 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, have been announced.

Confirmed to take part in the event are Geekel Goden of Lalamove, John Raymond Raymundo of SAP, Rochelle Gonzaga of Northpoint Inc., and Third Librea of P&A Grant Thornton.

Goden is sales lead for Lalamove based in Cebu City. He previously worked with Torrent Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer, and also works closely with start-ups in Cebu on business building and logistics processes.

Raymundo is a presales specialist for SAP, a role he has held for the past six years. He began his career in accounting, and has worked for the likes of San Miguel, Franke, and the former Equitable PCI Bank.

Gonzaga leads quality assurance for Northpoint’s operations in Visayas and Mindanao, which covers KFC, Tokyo Tokyo and Mister Donut branches across the regions. Her fifteen years of experience also saw her work for Coca-Cola’s plant in Bacolod.

Librea is the leader for advisory services of P&A Grant Thornton, and also chair of its technology committee, with oversight over the firm’s IT operations, having previously served as its chief information officer. He was previously a trustee of the Manila branch of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Registration to the event is now open. Pre-registration rate is at PHP 2,500 for SCMAP members and PHP 3,000 for non-members; walk-in rate is at PHP 3,000 for members and PHP 3,500 for non-members. Registration is inclusive of lunch, snacks and event materials.
