SCMAP is welcoming back Ma. Catalina Cabral, undersecretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways, and Ronilo Balbieran of the REID Foundation as confirmed speakers for this year’s Supply Chain Perspective, happening on 17 May, from 2pm to 6pm, at the Park Inn by Radisson Clark in Angeles, Pampanga.
This half-day event, which is part of this year’s Supply Chain Immersion, will gather supply chain stakeholders at the national and local level to discuss developments affecting the industry’s role in economic development, particularly as the Clark/Subic corridor becomes a center of growth under new plans laid out by the Duterte administration.
Cabral, who previously spoke at last year’s SCMAP Supply Chain Conference and also at the first ever Supply Chain Outlook in 2015, will provide an update on the infrastructure plans of the DPWH and of other government agencies. Meanwhile, Balbieran, a familiar face to SCMAP events – including as a speaker in the first ever Supply Chain Perspective in Iloilo City – will provide an economic briefing with a focus on central and northern Luzon.
More speakers will be announced in the coming days.
This event is open to the public. Pre-registered rates are at PHP 1,800 for SCMAP members and PHP 2,000 for non-members; higher walk-in rates apply for those registering on the event itself. Click here to register as a delegate.
Registered delegates to the three-day Supply Chain Immersion – which includes an industrial tour of Clark and Subic locators – get to attend this event for free. Click here to register for that event.
