SCMAP wrapped up 2017 the way it only can – with a Christmas fellowship filed with games, gifts and fun for all.
The fellowship, dubbed “Move to the Christmas Groove”, was held last 1 December at the Makati Sports Club. True to its name, there was a lot of grooving involved, courtesy of the house band (Joe and the Holy Notes managed to bring more people to the dance floor) and a “Despacito” dance-off. There were also loads of prizes given away thanks to sponsors – lots of gadgets went around – and gift packs (and ham) for pre-registered participants.
It also gave the SCMAP membership the first opportunity to meet the 2018 Board of Directors, including newly-named president elect, Christine Pardiñas of Rustan Supercenters.
SCMAP president Nestor Felicio thanked the members for their support over what turned out to be an eventful 2017 for the organization, and expressed his hope for their continued support into 2018.
