This year’s Supply Chain Immersion, which will be held on 12-14 May, will feature top supply chain experts and local leaders as they bring a truly immersive supply chain experience to delegates.
The event kicks off on 12 May as delegates board MV St. Michael the Archangel bound for Iloilo City. There, delegates take part in interactive seminars and workshops covering supply chain management from end to end. Clarissa Castillo of Johnson & Johnson Philippines is among the confirmed facilitators, with more to be announced later.
Delegates arrive in Iloilo on the morning of 13 May, where after checking in at the hotel, they go on an economic tour of Iloilo City, including a visit to their ports as well as local businesses. In the afternoon, they attend Supply Chain Perspective, a half-day event featuring local leaders and more supply chain experts as they look at the opportunities and challenges presented to the supply chain industry there. Confirmed speakers include Ronilo Balbieran of the REID Foundation and Terence Uygongco of Philippine Foremost Milling Corporation, with more to be announced later.
Before flying back to Manila on 14 May, delegates take a tour of Iloilo’s tourist spots. Across the three days there are many opportunities for fellowship and networking. More information on the event is available here.
