Teng recently retired as group supply chain head for Del Monte Philippines. He previously spent two decades holding regional manufacturing and logistics roles for Johnson & Johnson, and was a director of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines. He ranked second in the mechanical engineering licensure examinations in 1985.


Vian Cheung

Vian is marketing manager of the Singapore branch of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, a statutory body established to promote and develop Hong Kong trade. In her ten years with the organization she was involved in various events within and outside Hong Kong. She finished her Master’s degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Jayan is vice president and general manager of ShopSM, the online shopping portal of the SM Store. He previously worked as chief information officer for Procter & Gamble Philippines, and in his ten years with the multinational held multiple leadership roles in shared services and business-facing applications. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University.


Bernadette Herrera-Dy

Representative, Bagong Henerasyon Party List

Bernadette was elected into the House of Representatives in 2016, as first representative of the Bagong Henerasyon party list, and was reelected in 2019 and 2022. She also served as deputy speaker of the House from 2020 to 2022. She was previously a councilor of Quezon City, representing its first district – the youngest to be elected to the position when she assumed the seat in 2001.

Ginggay is chief reputation and sustainability officer for Aboitiz Equity Ventures, which has interests in the power, banking, food and infrastructure sectors, among others. She is also GoNegosyo’s senior adviser for agripreneurship, and helped found and develop their Negosyo for Peace program. She is also a trustee of UN Global Compact Network Philippines and leads the accessibility workstream for Pilipinas Kontra Gutom.

Choi is regional manager of GrabForBusiness, the B2B software-as-a-service offering of Grab. In his capacity he supports companies of all sizes in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, working with various industries to understand their needs.


Jonathan Kwok

General Manager

Jonathan is general manager for Honeywell Logistics Solutions. Having worked in software and automation solutions for supply chain for almost three decades, he previously held roles for SSI Schaefer, RedPrairie, HighJump and EXE. He is among the first logistics professionals to introduce WMS to the China market, contributing to the success of companies in industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, automotive and manufacturing.


Anderson Martins

Head of Supply Chain and Procurement

Anderson is head of supply chain and procurement for Nestlé’s operations in the Philippines. He has worked for the multinational for almost three decades, having served as supply chain director for Nestlé Ecuador and Nestlé Central America (based in Panama), before being appointed as vice president for Nestlé Purina Pet Care’s operations in Latin America.


Remi John Noman

Remi is co-founder and chief operating officer of logistics technology firm Insight Supply Chain Solutions. He has over sixteen years experience in corporate operations management, business process improvement and electronics manufacturing, and held sole roles in digital business transformation projects for financial firms across the region such as HSBC and ANZ.


Manny Onrejas

Chief Executive Officer–Logistics

Manny is chief executive officer for logistics of the FAST Logistics Group, one of the country’s largest logistics service providers. In this role he oversees synergies and expansion in transport, warehousing, cold chain, and other sectors. He has held various leadership positions in the company, most recently as business unit head of its warehousing arm. He graduated from the University of San Carlos and the Ateneo de Manila University.

Officer-in-Charge and Deputy Director General for Operations

Ernesto was named deputy director general of the Anti-Red Tape Authority, the agency tasked with overseeing and implementing measure to reduce red tape and promote ease of doing business, in 2018. He was previously assistant secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry’s Consumer Protection Group. A lawyer and certified public accountant, he also taught law at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Joyce leads the Philippine operations for multinational logistics provide LF Logistics, a role she started in 2016. She was previously Asia supply chain director for SC Johnson, and held regional supply chain roles for Johnson & Johnson and Avon. She graduated from the University of the Philippines.


Katrina Soliveres

Country Head, Human Resources

Katrina is country head of human resources for DHL Supply Chain Philippines. Through her leadership, the company was certified as a Great Place to Work in 2022, for the second year in a row. She has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, retail and supply chain sectors, having held roles in Australia and New Zealand, apart from the Philippines.
